Welcome to SaveXR. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following process for addressing claims of copyright infringement.
1. Our Role as a Service Provider
SaveXR is a technical tool that allows users to download publicly available content for personal, offline use. We do not host, store, or upload any videos, audio files, or media on our own servers. All content is streamed directly from the third-party platform’s servers to the user’s device.
As a service provider, we act as a “transitory digital network communication” under Section 512(a) of the DMCA.
2. Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any content accessed via our tool infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification. To be effective, the notification must include the following information in writing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (usually the URL of the video/content).
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Where to Send Notices
Please send all DMCA notices to our designated agent via email:
Email: savexrstudio@gmail.com
Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Request
4. Our Response Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, SaveXR will:
- Expeditiously investigate the claim.
- If necessary, disable the ability for our tool to process the specific URL(s) identified in the notice.
- Notify the user who attempted to access the content (if applicable) regarding the removal.
5. Counter Notification
If you believe that your content was wrongly flagged or that you have the legal right to use the material, you may send us a counter-notification. This must include your contact info, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
SaveXR reserves the right to terminate access to the service for any users who are found to be “repeat infringers” of intellectual property rights.
